1. Refund Policy

ITGremlin Gaming operates a strict No Refund policy. Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Verified hardware failure that results in extended service unavailability.
  • Failure on our part to provision the service within 48 hours of payment.

2. Service Management & Backups

While we provide the infrastructure, the user is responsible for the configuration and management of their game server. ITGremlin Gaming is not responsible for servers breaking due to the installation of mods, plugins, or third-party scripts.

Support: In the event of a broken server, our team can assist with a restore from our 4-hourly backup system to get you back online.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users must not use ITGremlin Gaming services for any of the following:

  • Launching outbound DDoS attacks or network stress testing.
  • Hosting illegal content or pirated software (Nulled scripts/plugins).
  • Attempts to bypass resource limits or gain unauthorized access to the host node.
  • ITGremlin Gaming reserves the right to monitor resource usage and inspect server files if a service is suspected of violating our AUP or impacting node stability.

4. Uptime

We strive for maximum reliability. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and uptime guarantee program are currently under development and will be implemented in the near future.
